ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Assist clients in accessing community resources, services, and benefits.
Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive appropriate services and support.
Provide counseling and guidance to clients and their families as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and case progress.
Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and resource allocation.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social work.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of experience working with adults in a social work setting.
Strong knowledge of community resources and social service programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 35:00Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Week: £35.00
