Key Requirements- Minimum of 2 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience, managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions
- Proven experience in handling leasehold transactions is essential
- This firm prioritises manageable caseloads for its conveyancers, ensuring that you will never be overwhelmed by an unmanageable workload – caseloads are capped, and an attractive bonus structure provides an opportunity to increase your earnings significantly
- Low staff attrition is a key focus, with many team members having been with the firm for 10-20+ years – this is due to a strong emphasis on training, career development and staff wellbeing
- Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
- Perform leasehold title checks and handle enquiries or property reports for purchases
- Manage enquiries for sales and facilitate exchange and completion dates with clients
- Limited involvement with shared ownership and newbuild transactions
- Conduct AML & SOF checks
