If so, we want you to be our Manager of Quality and TLA. You'll work with the Quality Team and teachers to improve the quality of our curriculum and learner experience, lead excellence in teaching and learning, supporting our staff to continually improve,.

You are someone who motivates their team well, is confident and communicates effectively. Quality is crucial for us and you will be well organised, have a good eye for detail and have high expectations. You'll be a great teacher already and will know what makes for effective learning.

You'll probably have experience of improving TLA and quality, and will be able to draw on these for the benefit of our staff and students. As for energy, you'll have lots and mixed with your enthusiasm, you'll take our college to great places.

West Lancashire College is a general further education College based in Skelmersdale. We’re one of the largest employers in the West Lancashire area, employing almost 200 teaching and business support staff.

We offer academic, technical and professional qualifications at a range of levels as well as Apprenticeships. Each year we work with over 2,500 further education and work-based learners, both young people and adults, of all backgrounds and abilities.
