Job Description

A successful Senior eCommerce Trading Manager will be:

• Drive online sales!
• Maximise profit!
• Forecasting and Planning
• Pricing and Promotional Strageies
• CRO - optimise User Journey, reduce boune rates, enhance site performance
• A/B testing - minimise cart abandonment and drive higher completion rates
• Product, Category & Data - analysis and NPD / Merchandising
• eComm Strategy + Execution
• Leadership - manage a handful of direct reports
• Data Analysis and Reproting
• Retention + Cx

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior eCommerce Trading Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in a eCommerce Trading / Digital Marketing
• Data Driven experience i.e. Google Analytics and eCommerce Platforms, A/B Testing tools
• Leadership - team management experience, essential
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing platforms and tools.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skil
