Our Customer ServicesSupervisor acts as the Duty Manager ensuring thesmooth running of our Audley village. You'll supervise a small teamto ensure that our Owners and External Customers have the highestquality of service and experience.

You willensure the team adheres to legislative requirements such as COSHH,Fire safety, Health & Safety and Safeguarding of our owners.You will maintain high standards of comfort, cleanliness andhygiene throughout the reception, bistro and customerareas.

You will set and maintain the higheststandards of dress appearance and be equipped to deal with suddenemployee shortages being able to deputise in any job capacity. Dealwith complaints in a warm and empathetic way, as necessary. You'llalso have the opportunity to be involved in the creation andrunning of regular hospitality events at the village.

The IdealCandidate:

  • Experienceof working as a Duty Manager in a customer facing role(preferably).
  • Ideally, food and beveragemanagement experience in a high quality hospitalityenvironment.
  • Knowledge of cash handlingprocedures, stock, wastage and par level control, rotas andunexpected situations.
  • Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and driven by standards and salesopportunities.
  • Excellent organisation skillswith the ability to prioritise and produce creativesolutions.
  • Experience dealing with customerson a regular basis with the ability to influence and liaise withpeople at all levels.
  • Ability to deal withqueries in an efficient and diplomatic way.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work underpressure.
  • Hands on and flexible approach todaily duties and shift patterns, in order to be able to carry out avariety of tasks in line with the needs of the village.
