Job Overview

You will be responsible for processing of service contracts and scheduling planning maintenance for customers, quotations for internal and external customers, generating and modifying customer quotes as requested by the Service Business Development team.

Whilst the role is primarily focused on administrative tasks, there will be some crossover into the Technical Helpdesk team, including but not limited to providing support for technical queries for customers and accurate entry of customer reported complaint details into claim tracking system.

This is an in office position in Runcorn

Tasks
  • Working hours – (09.00 – 17:00)
  • Processing and scheduling of service contracts
  • Customer quotations for parts, repairs, contracts and Technical Training
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • General credit and invoice inquiries
  • Lead generation/handover for potential Service Contract customers
  • Attend courses – Further Development
  • Basic level of Technical support for customers
  • Undertaking any other duties and tasks which are reasonably required by management.
Requirements
  • Strong IT systems knowledge and experience, preferably Oracle
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Pro-active work attitude
  • High level of computer literacy, and must have strong experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Ability to set priorities and work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Must have great administration and organisational skills to always manage workload in an effective and controlled manner
  • Good clear spoken and accurate written English skills
  • Must be a team player, with a “can-do” attitude who is happy to assist colleagues and “pitch-in” to get the job done.
