Fluent French Accounts Payable Assistant, £33 - £38k + Hybrid, Woking
This is a full-time permanent job offering 3/2 hybrid working. The client has free parking and is based very close to Woking train station. The role is easily commutable from London as well as from Guildford, Farnborough, Fleet, Basingstoke etc.You must speak fluent French to take up this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process UK and EU Accounts Payable invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular bank and statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Query Resolution, address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients in France and other European countries to manage accounts and resolve queries.
- Use your fluent French language skills to communicate with French speaking clients.
About you:
In addition to your fluent French language skills, the ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, reconciliations and query resolution. You will also have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of this very friendly and supportive team.
