Salary: £35,000 pa

Holt Recruitment are working with a manufacturer in Poole. They have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to step into an Account Manager position and drive sales, whilst building relationships in Poole.

Duties:

• Make daily outbound calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
• Schedule BDM appointments and keep CRM records updated.
• Manage quote requests, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery.
• Track customer interactions in CRM and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing issues proactively.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest relevant products.
• Handle complaints professionally and document resolutions.
• Use CRM/ERP systems to track account growth and collaborate with sales and shared services teams.

• B2B or B2C experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be happy to complete sales over the phone or via virtual meetings with existing and prospective customers.
• Be driven and have excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
