This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office 2 times a month

Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £34,500 depending on experience

About the role

We’re excited to be looking for Product Assurance Team Leaders to join our Product Assurance team. The Product Assurance team are responsible for the launch of qualifications and supporting documentation to market, ensuring high-quality, consistency and compliance throughout all published materials.

In this role you’ll be responsible for providing effective leadership and management of the Product Assurance Officers and ensuring that all team targets and deadlines are met against set KPIs. You’ll lead your team to ensure the highest quality of NCFE products are implemented in line with quality assurance measures and regulatory compliance requirements.

You’ll also manage proofreading requests from various teams across the business for both internal and external purposes, coordinating with colleagues to set timelines, and prioritising tasks alongside other responsibilities.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Leading on the creation and delivery of training activities to develop and maintain team knowledge and skills on work processes and requirements
  • Overseeing quality assurance by ensuring adherence to technical requirements and regulatory conditions related to the launch of qualifications and supporting materials
  • Proactively and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements in process, practice, and performance
  • Managing and balancing competing priorities through effective planning and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deal with unexpected developments and resource demands
  • Leading and/or contributing to cross team projects, making sound decisions and finding appropriate solutions on behalf of the team and wider business
