Associate Director, Investment Operations

Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a Financial Services firm to recruit an Associate Director, Investment Operations based in London.

This role supports front office teams and external fund boards to ensure smooth deal execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with Fund Boards, internal and external stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end transaction process.

The position requires:

• Balancing commercial objectives with a strong risk-managed approach,
• Overseeing deal execution across multiple funds,
• Handling banking negotiations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Working closely with legal, banking, administrative, and regulatory teams to support investments across jurisdictions.
• Maintaining robust controls, clear documentation, and sharing knowledge with the Operations team.

• ACA, ACCA from practice
• Strong academic background
• Minimum 3 years post qualification
• Excellent communication skills

They are offering a very competitive package:

• Base salary £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on relevant experience)
• Discretionary bonus
