Working 21 hours per week dealing with the incoming and outgoing finance of a Day Centre in a Project providing services for older people. The post includes utility contracts, researching and applying for funding opportunities, working with the Management Group and reporting on the tendering process with the local authority or Public Contracts Scotland, working with senior staff re-ordering equipment and supplies, and day to day finance income.

Administering Gift Aid. Attending Management Group Meetings and supporting the Day Care Manager when required and assisting with Project Work when required.
