We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Support with staff rotas, recruitment, and performance management.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a busy restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and problem-solve effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
