Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a Post-Production Operations Assistant (Production & Platform Support) to join their Production Operations Team in London. This role provides daily support for the post-production operation and delivery pipeline across animation, live-action, short-form, and music projects for children's content.
The Post-Production Operations Assistant provides hands-on support for content finishing, delivery, and archive workflows. The role will focus on assisting the postproduction operation team across various brands and platforms to assist with pre-QC, metadata entry, assets uploads, and platform delivery preparation—including video, audio stems, captions, transcodes, and documentation.The candidate should have some background in video, postproduction, media asset management or audio production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist coordinator with asset transfers, file organization, and documentation across editorial, sound, and VFX.
- Perform basic QC pre-checks (naming convention, duration, format, audio sync, etc.) on master files.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder for essential tasks including version control, transcoding, file preparation, and final assembly.
- Help upload final assets and metadata to internal DAM – MAN systems.
- Offers administrative support to maintain and track post-production operation logs, trackers, and delivery lists as well as the Initiative page in the Production Planner.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Learns fast and gets technical stuff easily.
- At least 1 year of experience in production, post-production, assets management, or digital operations environments.
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.
- Understanding of asset delivery formats, audio/video basics, and file organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Interest in growing within content operations and technical delivery.
- Knowledge in G-Suite, lucid link, frame IO, Vantage or Vidchecker is a plus.
