We now have a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the Digestive Health & Antifungals brands in Northern Europe, reporting to the Self Care Squad Director.

You will be coaching and developing a team of two direct reports.

Internally you will work closely with the Global Digestive Health Brand Development Team and the Regional Deployment Leader in accordance with the global Operating Model. You will work closely with the UK, Ireland & Nordics Commercial teams to drive excellence in execution and deliver against the set business targets.

What you will do
  • Drive growth of the Digestive Health & Antifungals brands across the Northern Europe Cluster.
  • Full accountability to deliver the in-year full P&L and share targets, as well as shaping Northern Europe Yr2-Yr3 plans, influencing and deploying the strategy driven by the Digestive Health Global BDT (Brand Development Team).
  • You will work closely with the Global Digestive Health Brand Deployment Leader, you will be a key stakeholder advising on the needs of the UK and sharing local insights.
  • You will be responsible for working closely with the EMEA Deployment Leader to drive excellence in execution for Antifungals business in Northern Europe (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)
  • Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
  • Be the liaison with the production agency representing all brands for Northern Europe Cluster, working closely with Global Agency Lead & Global Agency and leading deployment across Northern Europe.
  • Develop and coach a direct team, also lead the cross functional team working in close collaboration with the Squad Director

Qualifications

Experience Required
  • Experienced at Marketing Manager level with a strong track record of performance.
  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
  • People management experience essential, responsible for coaching and developing teams.
  • Experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.

  • Demonstrates ability and experienced in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward.
  • The ability to master complexity, able to communicate clearly with strong impact and excels in leading teams.
