The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Team LeaderWe are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Recruitment team Leader based in our thriving London Office. We are seeking driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students.
As an Education Recruitment Team Leader within our Schools division, you will drive and develop a team of consultants and coordinators to helping them connect outstanding educators with schools across London.
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.Salary Range: £49,000-£53,000 - based on experience
Your Duties: Enriching Education & Empowering Your Team
In the role of Education Recruitment Team Leader, you are responsible for the growth and success of your team by:
- Providing guidance to ensure team members have the tools necessary to help them meet and exceed their goals.
- Demonstrate and drive ownership of our core values and the provision of an exceptional service.
- Communicating, collaborating, and engaging team members with a sound operational plan that delivers results and provides stability across the team through performance, succession, and clarity of annual and multi-annual priorities.
- Coaching and modelling to help build capacity and leadership in all team members creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
- Drive One Team behaviours and collaboration across the organisation to ensure 100% of the team are clearly aligned to our strategic direction.
- Being comfortable with providing and receiving feedback. Feedback is hard and an open mind is so important.
- Current leadership or management experience (essential)
- Experience in high volume agency Education Recruitment (essential)
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Growth mindset and drive to succeed
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and innovate.
- Exceptional IT and administrative skills
- Education background or sound knowledge of the market
