We're representing a leading law firm based in Newcastle who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide crucial administrative and legal support to their diverse client base, which includes property owners and a variety of charities, including faith-based organisations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Property Transactions & Charity Procedures: Draft key legal documents for
efficiency.
- Land Registry Liaison: Manage interactions with the Land Registry, ensuring
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and intermediaries,
- Document Preparation: Produce high-quality, meticulously formatted legal
- Fee Earning & Administration: Support fee-earning activities and handle general
- Specialised Charity Support: Assist with unique legal processes for specific charity
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key client
- Practice Management: Utilise the firm's financial and practice management
processing, and invoicing.
What You Will Need:
- Essential Property Experience: Experience as a Paralegal in residential
- Exceptional Organisation: A strong ability to multitask, work independently, and
- Detail-Oriented: Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Tech Savvy: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant
- Excellent Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills for
- Adaptability: Ability to manage a busy and diverse workload in a professional
manner.
