A popular Cambridge employer currently have an opening for an organised and proactive individual to join their accounts department in the role of Junior Accounts Assistant.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will include the following:

• Verifying company legal statuses using various software
• Assisting the Finance Manager with data reconciliation
• Liaising with internal compliance team to resolve queries
• Authorising internal requests
• Dealing with internal queries
• Assisting with reviewing sales invoices and posting credit notes

Candidates should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a confident, pleasant and professional manner. It is also necessary that candidates possess a good level of IT understanding and excellent attention to detail.

Study support for the AAT qualification will be provided to those wishing to pursue this.
