Weekend Receptionist
Our client based in Stoke on Trent are seeking a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join their team! If you enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Hours: Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PMSalary: £12 p/h - £15 p/h DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Serve refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable
- Assist in introducing customers to the sales team
- Capture data to understand customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy reception area and multitask
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
