HR MANAGER
Grade 6, SCP 23 to 27, salary £33,366 - £37,035
Full Time, 36 hours 40 minutes per week
Full Year, Permanent
We are looking for a highly co-ordinated and organised HR Manager to join our supportive and established administration team at The Brian Clarke CofE Academy and provide a high level of professional and administrative support. Working within a growing organisation, the role is to provide great customer service to current and potential members of staff.It involves co-ordinating and directing queries in the right direction to colleagues, requiring great people skills. The administrative element of the role will need great attention to detail and accuracy for entering information into the management information system, producing offer letters and contracts of employment.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has CIPD Level 5
- Has generalist HR experience including management of complex HR casework, managing change and advising managers.
- To uphold and operationalise the Trust People Strategy, supporting the Headteacher and Senior Managers to attract, develop, retain, engage and support staff.
- To be responsible for an outstanding Human Resources provision to the The Brian Clarke Academy.
- To administer the employment of everyone who works for the school.
The school specific systems are likely to be something the successful candidate will need to learn, but by already having strong managerial skills and a proactive approach to work, this should not be a problem.
You will be working within a team of exceptional staff who are striving to achieve the school’s vision and work together to create a genuinely outstanding school and shape the totality of the Brian Clarke experience for our young people.

This position will be based at The Brian Clarke CofE Academy but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
