Automation and AI Consultant (Remote)
We help to demystify AI technology, focus on what it can do well and leverage advanced automations everywhere else. We show our Clients how to take advantage of existing tools and technologies in a way that actually helps and moves the needle, without writing any code or hiring engineering teams.

Tasks
You advise our Partners Companies with designing, refining and implementing no-code Automation and AI solutions hands-on. You help demystify AI and AI-enhanced Automations and navigate “the hype”. The Automation and AI Consultant supports our Partner Companies in building no-code solutions, minimizing the dependency on engineering teams.Your focus is on solving real business challenges and approach AI from the operational perspective, optimize for the best business outcome and create maximum value. You influence the culture of our Partner’s organizations by transferring know-how and collaborative ideation.
This role is a very early stage, foundational role: a great fit for someone who enjoys shaping and refining the very core of the company: from strategy through products to implementation. Since this role will be one of the first 10 employees supporting the Founding Team, it will be highly independent and hands-on, but also truly crucial to the long-term success of the business.
Requirements- Extensive hands-on experience with modern, no-code tooling for Automation and AI, like Zapier, n8n, Bardeen, Clay, Browse AI, Scrape do, Sales Intelligence platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, CRMs (both new and well-established), Support tools, etc. is an absolute must**.**
- Operational expertise implementing AI models in operational processes - GPT (via API) / Copilot, Gemini is a must.
- General, jack-of-all-trades IT experience and expertise a major plus. We are looking for people with true passion for process automations and creative approach to using technology.
- Willing to support our sales / BD Lead in pitching and creating proposals for customers - we want all to be confident in our abilities in front of prospective customers and always optimize for relationships. That is only possible through deep cooperation between everyone involved in the customer journey.
- Very good communicator - it is crucial you can transfer know-how and advise our Partner Companies in a structured, logical and concise manner.
- Play a direct role in shaping the business, heavily influencing our strategy and advisory product lineup.
