Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contract Manager - Industrial Division

• Oversee the planning of materials, plant, and equipment from the initial order to delivery.
• Manage and mentor the store manager, providing guidance on the specific materials and equipment used within the company.
• Monitor job progress and maintain communication with the site foreman to ensure timely availability of resources for sustained productivity.
• Conduct regular reviews of job specifications and prepare reports for client submission.
• Perform site visits and conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory by quantifying materials used on site and solving any related problems.
• Address and resolve disputes that may arise during contract execution.

• Proven experience in managing industrial contracts and supporting team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage disputes effectively.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to various sites including cement plants, sheds, and storage units.
• Comfortable working at heights as it is a significant part of the role.

• A competitive salary package ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, with additional benefits.

• This is an office-based role with nationwide site visits required.
