This crucial role will see you building strong links to the community, ensuring a successful release for all patients.
Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00- 16:00. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £27,582 per annum
