We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join our team, in a busy, customer-focused environment specialising in modern British dining, brunch and private events.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Our offer to our new Chef:
- £13 per hour, depending on experience, plus a split of service charge & tips according to hours worked.
- 28 days holiday per year.
- Average working week of 45 hours.

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous, with strong restaurant experience. We would like a dynamic self motivated chef with a positive engaging attitude, who has a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and be interested in working for a local independent business.
- Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
- Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate your creativity, by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus.
- Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
