Workshop Controller
- Starting salary from £32,000 per annum, negotiable pending experience and current earnings (applicants on a higher wage are encouraged to apply!)
- plus bonuses circa £8,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 2:00pm paid as overtime

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Bristol area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 2:00pm paid as overtime.
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £32,000 with OTE £40,000.
Duties of a Workshop Controller:
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will:
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
