Job Role: Activities Coordinator
Pay Rate: £11.55 - £11.90 per hour
Hours: Part Time - 18hrs per week
Shift Pattern: 10am-4pm - Alternate Weekends

Walton Manor, a Grade II listed manor house, is surrounded by mature gardens and offers a library and hairdressing salon, stunning gardens and large sunroom, community-focused lounges and dining areas!
Being an Activities Co-Ordinator, you will:
- Adapting to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Delivering a programmed schedule of activities with individuals and groups.
- Encouraging and supporting clients to reach and maintain their optimal level of independence.
- Encouraging self-awareness, exploration and reflection on feelings and relationships.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effects of the service being provided in order to facilitate client progress.
- Liaising with the senior staff team on all aspects of the service being provided.
- Making best use of effective skills in the use of ICT.
- Making best use of effective written and oral communication skills.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role, including planning events and activities
- To be a sociable and interactive person
- Have good time management skills
- Be confident interacting with a large group of residents
