Comminications Manager - Internal Communications

DWF are currently recruiting for a Internal Communications Manager to join our team. This is an important role within the communications team which will have responsibility for developing global internal communications campaigns that support DWF's group strategy.

This role offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global internal communications plans that are aligned with DWF's group strategy. This will include, but not be limited to, a focus on the firm's digital transformation programme which has a number of IT change projects within it -–including the global rollout of Microsoft Copilot.
  • Create content for various internal channels, including our twice-weekly newsletter, our intranet, divisional emails and Town Halls
  • Support the internal communications senior manager and head of communications to organise and manage events such as Town Halls, leadership briefings and in-office road shows.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across PR, digital and brand to ensure we have consistent messaging across internal and external channels

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential
  • Excellent communication skills, with a particular emphasis on written communication including an expectation of a strong command of English grammar and punctuation
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build strong relationships across the business
  • A self-starter, someone who is able to generate ideas, create content and persuade stakeholders of the value of their suggested approach
Desirable
  • Clear-thinker, able to identify where the best communications opportunities align with the firm's strategic priorities to deliver impactful results
  • Mature and resilient, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
