General gardener / handyperson required for various rental properties in Plymouth, 1 day a week 9am - 5pm (flexible as to what day) potentially more days when and if needed needed, this is a self employed role.
Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.
You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including:
Gardening: mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes and trees, weeding, watering flower beds and repairing border walls and fences, cleaning down paths and walls.
Various other jobs as necessary
Might suit retired person who would still like to work a few hours.
