About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven marketer to join our Product Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to key initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel customer engagement initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance to optimise results and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate campaigns and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft compelling, user-centric copy that ensures impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Product, Investment Advisory, Data and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities and business requirements to retain and expand the customer base.

  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.
  • Gain expertise in performance analysis, leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Master Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
  • Strengthen skills in crafting persuasive, user-focused copy that maximises marketing impact.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing studies) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management mindset.
  • Nice to Have:
  • A strong interest in the financial and investment sector.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
