How you’ll make a difference
We are looking for someone who is passionate about optimising the card and loans experience of our customers. You will lead the existing portfolio management team and be responsible for driving Spend, Balance, and new innovations around engagement.You will define value proposition and pricing for existing customers.

You will work with cross-functional colleagues including marketing, credit risk, and data science to define a targeting strategy that optimises customer value, risk, and returns.

You will be accountable for the portfolio growth trajectory and profitability in your role.

What you’ll bring
  • Demonstrable leadership skills in order to effectively lead a team of 6 that support with portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship development and stakeholder management skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Responsible for supporting key strategic initiatives around the development and enhancements, day to day management, monitoring and reporting for the Unsecured Lending product.
  • Use numerous sources to gain insights to drive and maintain commercial growth, with a focus on providing market insight, and defining, managing, and enhancing key processes.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory context to be able to deal effectively with card schemes and ensure product compliance.
