Parts Supervisor

Salary: 30k + 10k bonus + company benefits

YOLO Recruitment are looking for a Parts Supervisor who is passionate about leading and delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to supervise a small team to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who is able to approach the role with a good mindset, call handling and selling parts.

• Supervising a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, control and maximise part stocks and sales
• Handling incoming parts sales enquiries
• Helping customers with parts enquiries and identifying areas of upselling
• Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts from the Hub
• Locating available parts and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road
• Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
• Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
• Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced

• Previous working experience in a leadership role or in a parts position within the automotive industry.
• Have exceptional communication skills and love delivering brilliant customer service.
