Job Profile
Sales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer based in the Brackley, Northamptonshire area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to assist with processing sales orders, producing quotations & invoices amongst other office administrative duties.
Sales Administrator Position Overview- Preparing quotations using the companies CRM systems
- Creating export documentation and making travel arrangements for deliveries
- Supporting customers with information related to delivery dates and order progress
- Working with the projects team on installation planning
- Creating sales orders and acknowledgement with the use of Sage
- Proven background within a Sales Administrative role or similar
- Based in a commutable distance of Brackley, Northamptonshire
- Experience in a Manufacturing industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Sage and CRM systems is desirable
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Salary £25,000 - £28,000
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Full-time, permanent position
- 32 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
