Loch Leven Brewery has been trading strongly for the past few years with a reputation for producing premium quality hand crafted beers from locally sourced ingredients. As our Customer base grows, we are looking to recruit a new brewer to help us keep up with the increasing demand for our award-winning beers.

The role reporting to our Brewery Manager will be to get involved in all aspects of the brewing, and deliveries to customers.

The job is physically demanding including all the day to day operational tasks of running the brewery. E.g mashing in, cask cleaning/filling, loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A recognised brewing qualification (desirable) and passion for beer
  • A clean UK driving licence for 3+ years
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent team working/interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
  • Residency within driving distance of the brewery

For insurance purposes you will need to be over the age of 25.

The job is based on a 40-hour week with normal working hours of 8am to 4pm Monday- Friday. However, a degree of flexibility is required with occasional weekend working, later finishes etc.
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. 28 days per year annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Discounts in our shop and Tap Room.
