Location: Norwich (Hybrid Working - 60% Office Based)Rate: £15.22 per hour - Weekly pay

Our Public Sector Client, His Majesty's Treasury, is seeking a Recruitment Campaign & Onboarding Manager to join their Recruitment and Onboarding Team based in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates from application through to starting their new role.
The Role
Working within a busy and collaborative HR environment, you will manage recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with Civil Service Recruitment Principles and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advising hiring managers, drafting job advertisements, progressing offers and issuing contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new starters, returners and internal movers.
- Ensure pre-employment checks, right-to-work verification, references and security clearance processes are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, Security teams and external partners to deliver a seamless candidate journey.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are delivered in line with policy and best practice.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to interpret and apply policies and guidance consistently.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain processes clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- £15.22 per hour.
- Hybrid working arrangement (60% office based).
