The hospital is led by some of the South-West’s most experienced consultants offering a wide range of treatments.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals.Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
Support patients with hygiene, comfort, and mobility, promoting dignity and independence.
Conduct medical history reviews and relevant clinical tests to support pre-assessment care.
Contribute to discharge planning to ensure a safe and smooth transition for patients.
The right candidate:
Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC RegisterMinimum 2 years experience working as Band 4
Nursing Qualification equivalent to band 4
Experience in ward/inpatients/medical environment with a knowledge and understanding of medical procedures
Good communication skills
