Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Supervise students during break times and school activities.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to support students' learning and development.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
