Job Description- Maintain accurate ledgers and process purchase invoices
- Handle supplier statement reconciliations and assist with payment runs
- Perform bank and expenses reconciliations
- Support the finance team with credit control and other tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
- Organised, self-motivated, and an effective communicator
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
