HR Administration With support from the HR Advisor, give advice to Senior and Line Managers on the recruitment process and the paperwork required to advertise a post. To be responsible for administering the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring vacancies are advertised on relevant forums as directed by the recruiting manager and to delegate and liaise with the recruiting manager and candidates to ensure interviews are arranged.
Administering the Trusts HR System (SageHR) and ensuring information and staff records are up-to-date and accurate. Administer the offboarding procedure, processing any resignations. Process day-to-day administration for the HR Function including: Sending out contractual documentation including offer letters, contracts, and amendments.
Auditing employee files to ensure Tetbury Hospital Trust is compliant with relevant statutory requirements.
