Job Description
  • Manage and process property transactions in a diligent and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the secretarial and business support team to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondences.
  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries to senior team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of billing and invoicing.
  • Maintain organised and accurate client files.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of conveyancing practices and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary/ Paralegal should have:

  • An educational background in Law or a related field.
  • Ideally a strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
