Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with an interest in logistics? Our client, a thriving and dynamic organisation, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their team! This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate and the chance to grow within the company.
About the Role:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations. Working closely with your Client Relationship Manager, you'll provide essential administrative support while upholding high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process and manage orders✅ Support account managers and Client Relationship Managers with stock reports and system updates
✅ Generate shipping labels
✅ Use shipping calculators
✅ Assist with KPI tracking and monitor order volumes
✅ Work closely with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
✅ Support invoicing processes using logistics management systems
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows Office Packages)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A full driving licence is required due to the location of the role
