Salary: £36,312 - £42,717Hours: 36 per week
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Worker, to join the South West Cluster Team.
The team comprises of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Community Care Assistants who work with adults over the age of 16. Our social workers work with individuals and their families on a long-term basis. We work with a high level of risk, people with complex needs who are vulnerable in the community.We work closely with health colleagues, other professionals, and 3rd sector organisation to support people to meet their desired outcomes.
Experience required:
- Experience of partnership working/multi-disciplinary working would be desirable
- Professional Social Work Qualification (i.e. BA, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
- Experience of supporting people in crisis and who have challenging and complex needs.
The post holder is expected to demonstrate:
- An ability to manage risk
- An ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of individuals and professionals
- An understanding of Adult Support and Protection legislation.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
