This role involves managing daily operations to ensure our establishment delivers exceptional service and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities include opening and closing the site, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the aesthetics of our premises.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Solo managerial duties including opening and closing the site.
Overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.
Supervising and developing the team.
Handling guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
Ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinating across departments to deliver superior guest experiences.
Enforcing policies and conducting regular safety inspections.

**Requirements**:
At least 1 year of management experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.

Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
