About You
You must have experience of leading a housekeeping team. You'll manage the cleaning rota, leading by example. And, whether planning the week's laundry, ordering a new batch of cleaning products or reading up on new infection control procedures, you'll always have the wellbeing of our residents in mind above anything else.
We're looking for an experienced head housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping and time management skills. So, you'll have outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. What's essential, though, are your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.

Bowerfield House
Bowerfield House Nursing Home is located on the edge of Disley. The National Trusts - Lyme, Marple Canal and local shops are all within walking distance. Accommodation at Bowerfield House is provided for residents in single rooms, some of which have en-suite facilities and a double room.Rooms are fully carpeted and are decorated to a high standard as well as being equipped with essential furniture, TV, nurse call system, smoke detectors and telephone socket. Residents can enjoy the well-maintained garden and patio area. Parking is available for twelve vehicles.
Visitors are always welcome at Bowerfield House and there are no restrictions.
