Implementation Consultant, London

A leading provider of legal software solutions is looking to hire an implementation consultant in London. The main purpose of this role is to gather requirements and build end-to-end solutions for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing integration processes and regularly reviewing documentation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Running customer meetings and workshops.
• Setting up the technical components of appliances and API integrations.
• Building solutions using HighQ collaborate.
• Working closely with the product, support and customer success teams providing a value-add service to customers.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Gathering requirements and mapping customer needs.

Main experience and skills required:

• Network firewalls and proxy servers.
• Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Microsoft Azure.
• SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
• Implementation experience with HighQ or other legal software.
• APIs

To be successful in this role you need to possess strong communication and relationship building skills. You also need strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn and work with new software.
