- profit organisation wishes to recruit a Part Time HR Executive, initially for a 6 month fixed term contract, with a possible extension.The successful Part Time HR Executive will work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and the 3 rd day is flexible).Working as part of well structured, busy HR team, the Part Time HR Executive will provide guidance and support to line managers on all HR matters, including employee relations, sickness, long term absence and recruitment.This is a really varied, hands on, Part Time HR role where best practice and compliance are key to success.Top Things to Know About this Job:Immediate start available

- recruitment, training and development plans etcProvide HR support with employee relations, absence management, performance management and appraisals, recruitment and succession planningImplement robust training and development programmes eg recruitment, absence, discipline and grievance etcProvide HR reports eg headcount turnover, recruitment, sickness/absenceThe Person:Associate CIPDMinimum of 2 years HR generalist experience with strong advisory based exposureAt least 2 years experience of management discipline and grievance casesExperience of absence managementExperience of recruitmentSolid knowledge of employment legislation and best practice proceduresStrong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detailThe Rewards:Attractive salary (circa £34-40k pro rata)Part time hours
