Multi-Skilled Carpenter (Gold Card Preferred) – £50K-£55K PAYE

Based in Birmingham | Initial travel to Watford (4 days per week)

Are you a highly skilled carpenter with a Gold CSCS card (or strong carpentry & multi-trade experience)? Looking for a well-paid PAYE role with a small but growing fit-out company that values and rewards hard work?

The Role:

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time PAYE basis. You’ll initially be working on a project in Watford, traveling Monday to Thursday (10-hour days) with Fridays off until the project is completed. After that, you’ll transition to a standard working week on sites across Leicester, Stratford, or Coventry.

• £50K-£57K salary (PAYE)
• 4-day work week 40 hours (for the Watford project, then a normal working week after completion approx 6-8 weeks)
• Company van & fuel card provided (after initial period)

Strong carpentry skills, with the ability to handle other tasks when needed

• Oversee and manage carpentry projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
