We're looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interacting with guests, enjoys the buzz of event planning, and is skilled at managing multiple priorities.
Role: Admin Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest enquiries and reservations.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient running of the restaurant.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Handle booking enquiries, including reservations for large parties, private events, and small functions.
- Coordinate with guests to manage reservations, particularly those involving allergies or special dietary needs, ensuring excellent communication.
- Produce weekly reports summarising restaurant bookings and performance figures.
- Assist in tracking data and handling pre-orders for group bookings and special events.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure pre-order requirements are clearly communicated.
- Liaise with other departments on-site to coordinate reservations and ensure seamless service.
Hours & Schedule:
- Flexible hours ranging from 18 per week (across three shifts) to full-time availability.
- Shifts are primarily during the day, with occasional weekend shifts required.
- Flexible working hours are available to accommodate childcare or other existing commitments.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in administration or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience working with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Previous experience working with cloud-based reservation software is helpful.
