Permanent, up to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum, Support Staff NJC Grade 9, £33,366.00 - £36,124.00 Annually (FTE)
We are seeking an an experienced professional who is hands on, energetic, innovative and influential, reliable and committed to working as part of a team to join our values based school set in the heart of a picturesque Oxfordshire market town.
Reporting to the Business Manager the Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the site team, legislative and statutory checks, sourcing, managing and liaising with contractors, security and key holding, undertaking and arranging repairs and maintenance at site.With the School Business Manager, the Site Manager will work within the school community to translate the vision and ethos into agreed objectives and operational plans that will promote and sustain school improvement and take a leading role in creating a safe learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all users.
