Job Duties:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

Education:

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.

Experience:

Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of different learning styles and abilities.
• Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
• Work primarily in a school or educational institution setting.
