We are looking to appoint 2 fixed term Senior Clinical Fellow posts at ST3+ level at the Royal Free Hospital site. On a rotational basis the post-holder will contribute to management acute cardiology patients on a busy CCU and Cardiology ward, as well as providing specialty review to the rest of the hospital.The post holder will support the general cardiology service by participating in a 1 in 9 cardiology on-call rota (full-shift) including emergency cardiology admissions and primary PCI. As well as clinical commitments to in-patient and out-patient care in all sub-specialties, there will be training opportunities in multi-modality imaging (transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI), angiography/PCI and pacing (brachytherapy and complex devices) across both sites and we strongly advise the successful candidates to be fully involved in these excellent training opportunities.
