We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join our clients thriving team in Stoke-on-Trent!
Your Role:As a Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Customer Relations team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing product inquiries and queries
- Processing sales orders using our Sage database
- Building rapport and determining customers' requirements
- Performing general administration duties
- Working towards daily targets, KPIs, and monthly sales objectives
- Making proactive sales calls to new, existing, and dormant customers
- Following up on leads and maintaining the CRM system
- Cross-selling and upselling products when opportunities arise
- Proactively chasing outstanding quotes and maximising additional business
- Researching new projects and leads
- Supporting our dedicated Regional Sales Managers
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good relationship-building abilities
- General administration and Microsoft skills
- Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
